Take Up a Collection

Taking up a collection of food or personal items is a great way to support EACM and a fun project for youth organizations, church small groups, office teams, or individuals. Some kids have even used their birthday parties to collect diapers for EACM families!

Drop-off at EACM

Deliveries can be made weekdays from 10am-2pm. Please call the EACM office to make arrangments if another time is needed.

We CANNOT accept expired or opened food or personal items! This is a major health risk, and we are required to throw those items away.

Here are some ideas for collections:

  • Food - Donations for our food pantry are always needed (except canned corn and green beans). High-demand items include peanut butter, pasta, canned vegetables and fruit, and canned meat - including tuna. We also need foods for ethnic dishes - tortillas, different varieties of rice and noodles, coconut milk, etc. Diapers and baby wipes are always needed for our diaper closet.
  • Personal items - laundry detergent, soap/shampoo, feminine hygiene products, shaving products, deodorant, and toothpaste/brushes are all in high demand. These are not covered by food stamps and can put a major strain on a household budget.
  • Diapers and wipes - EACM offers diapers and wipes so parents can keep their little ones healthy and happy. We no longer carry children's shoes or clothing.
