Our Savor September event will look a little different than planned. As of Sept. 1, we had only sold 20 tickets (out of 100). While we didn’t quite reach our original goal, we see this as a wonderful opportunity to create a more intimate, relaxed gathering. We’ve scaled things back and we’re excited to share that we still have the perfect setting to connect, enjoy live jazz, and celebrate Give for Good Louisville together!
Even with a smaller gathering, it’s a big opportunity to make an impact! Come enjoy the music, the community, and help us celebrate and support EACM. Your support matters more than ever!
EVENT CHANGES
- Chefs: We are canceling the on-site chefs, but you're welcome to bring a picnic dinner. We may also put together a pizza order.
- Program: We will not have a formal program/presentation that day, so you can come and go anytime from 5:30-8 PM.

NEW EVENT PLANS
The good news is that we still have a gorgeous setting for a casual meet-and-greet. We'll have computers and info. to make it easy to support EACM's Multicultural Community Services program during Give for Good Louisville.
- Live Jazz: The Todd Hildreth Trio will still perform that evening, so come and enjoy some of the best jazz in Louisville!
- Cocktails: Signature cocktails will be provided by The Tilted Trailer. They will also have soft drinks and water.
- The Farm: This place has incredible rustic charm and is the perfect way to get a change of scene. Bring a camping chair and sit a spell. We might even get a visit from the horses!
- Food: Pick up dinner on the way over, or bring a picnic dinner. We may also put together a pizza order.
